1.GAS LIFT
VALVE REPAIR CLASS:
Clean
& Test - Clean, test, and inspect customer's valve.
Class
A - Clean, test, inspect, replace packing seals, and reset pressure.
Class
B - Class A plus Seat and Stem.
Class
C - Class B plus major valve parts.
2.RECONDITIONED GAS LIFT VALVE EXCHANGE CLASS:
Class
A - A factory reconditioned valve when minor repairs are required and
normally expendable parts are replaced on trade-in valve exchange.
Class
B - A factory reconditioned valve that includes Class A plus major valve
parts on trade-in valve.
Class
C - A factory reconditioned valve in exchange for a competitive or irreparable
valve.

SIDE POCKET MANDRELS:

can recondition, repair, and modify all standard and specialty side pocket gas
lift mandrels. Contact us for details.
4.
MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT REPAIR:
Minor
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, reassemble, pressure test customer's
equipment.
Normal
- Same as Minor, plus replace all O-rings and seals; replace expendable parts
as necessary.
Rebuilt
- Same as Normal, plus repair and/or replace all damaged and worn parts;
restore to factory condition.
